Equinelibrium – Horse Assisted Learning Service

Equinelibrium opens a space for connection between human and horse. Equine Assisted Learning (EAL ) can help communication, personal development, team building and much more.

Horses reflect human behaviour authentically. They sense and respond to a person’s intentions, emotions and thoughts that are conveyed subconsciously through body language. Horses work like a mirror to our own state of mind. Through the experience of observing a horse’s response to their requests and directions, each person learns how to communicate more effectively, face their fears and manage their emotions and become more consistent and congruent with their actions.
Equinelibrium is an opportunity for individuals to expand their skill set in areas of trust building, strengthening relationships and offering new perspectives whilst recognising and growing your own potential. Positive outcomes of this process could lead to a growing sense of positive energy, self confidence and contentment.

Equine Assisted Learning promotes the development of:

• building trust and confidence

• assertiveness

• self awareness and focus

• creating strong and appropriate boundaries

• problem solving abilities

• a reduction of anxiety and isolation
